All services and events at Bewdley Methodist Church ******************************* Celebrating our 230th Church Anniversary We have the newest purpose-built church building in Bewdley, but it is 230 years old this year!
To celebrate, in May we are putting on exhibits, having a special Music in the Chapel concert, and a service of celebration and rededication... join us at any or all of these events. We'll be especially pleased to welcome anyone with a connection to our church, however long ago! Were you baptised or married here? Did you attend Sunday School here? Come and share your memories - and see what has changed (or not!). Saturday May 10 Church open from 10.00am to 4.00pm Learn about the history of our church and its people since the mid 1700s. Free entry and refreshments. Sunday 11 May Morning Service at 10.30am Exhibits continue from 12noon to 4.00pm Free entry and refreshments Saturday 17 May 2.30pm Soprano Ruby Thorne promises 'a joyous recital' to help celebrate our church anniversary.
